Ciminelli entered the Connecticut market in 2011 following an expansion into the state by one of our largest clients, First Niagara Bank.  Located in Manchester, Connecticut our office is currently staffed by a team of property management professionals and maintenance technicians that provides a range of commercial real estate services to our growing client base.  The Connecticut operation is an ideal complement to our Harleysville, Pennsylvania office, with our combined staff well-positioned to service much of the Hudson Valley region extending from Philadelphia to Manchester.
