    This rusty old bolt...

    was discovered when Ciminelli Real Estate uncovered a 50-year old water line entering a property in our portfolio.  Six bolts originally held that line in place, but we soon found that this one bolt was all that remained, keeping the water line together. 

    The bolt is on display in our offices as a symbol of the grit and determination possessed by all Ciminelli employees, and it is evident in the work we perform every day.
