Ciminelli Real Estate is advancing plans to bring new residential life to downtown Buffalo through the proposed conversion of the Bank of America Building at 560 Main Street/ 10 Fountain Plaza.
As reported by Buffalo Rising, the project would convert nearly all of the ten-story building into approximately 160 apartments, creating new opportunities for people to live downtown and further supporting the area’s architectural significance and the opportunity to honor its history while positioning it for a new future in downtown Buffalo.
